I. Introduction
Tianjin University of Financeand Economics (TUFE) is one of the five earliest universities offering Finance,Economics and Business education in China, tracing its history back to itsfoundation in 1958. The university approved by the Ministry of Education is oneof the earliest universities established master programs of internationaltrade, business management, finance, accounting, statistics and doctoralprograms of accounting, statistics. TUFE owns 3 first-level PhDauthorization centers and post-doctoral mobile stations, covering 20 PhD.majors and 7 first-level master degree authorization centers covering 44second-level master majors, 12 master degree programs, 57 undergraduatemajors(including directions).The university had formed a personnel trainingsequence includes graduate students, undergraduates, vocational educationstudents, as well as variety levels and forms of adult education, foreignstudent education, and training of qualifications, is the first to determinethe national Ministry of Education one of vocational education teacher trainingbase. It is one of the first vocational education teacher training baseestablished by the Ministry of Education.
